Traditional pancakes for babies

To me, these are the real pancakes!!! You fill them with jam or chocolate, you run them, and you enjoy them in a few sips!
I've seen many recipes over time, but this one, received "inheritance" from my mother, seems to be the best!
And the secret of this recipe is the quantities of ingredients, and their quality.
- 3 eggs (I took from the Origins)
- 700 milk (I took from the Origins)
- 300 g flour (I took from Dried Fruits Supplier )
- coconut oil for greased pan (I got from Dried Fruits Supplier )
Beat the eggs, pour the milk and stir Afterwards, stirring continuously, add the flour in the rain, until it is incorporated and all the ingredients are homogenized.
Heat a pan for pancakes, grease it with very little coconut oil, and put a ladle from the composition. Evenly spread the dough in the pan, and let it until it starts to make small bubbles on top, change its appearance from glossy to matte, and gently detach from the pan. Turn on the other side for 30-40 seconds.
Serve with pleasure!
PS: I'll tell you a mega good combination of filling: plum magic, with ground walnuts and 1 teaspoon of honey … you really have to try it (I hope you convince the pictures)!
