Telemea pie

We like to always have a snack in the house, no matter what name or what shape it wears. The important thing is to exist!
And as most of the time our time is limited, I want to come to your aid with food ideas that do not require much time and involvement, but on the contrary: you throw a few ingredients in the mixer, put in a pan, put in the oven, and ready to snack!
On this principle is also this pie, and the result is spectacular (not to mention the texture, which is so fine… mmm).
Ingredients
- 4 eggs (I took from the Origins )
- 500g sour cream
- 500 g cow cheese cheese (I tried with goat cheese, and sheep cheese, and they all come out equally good)
- 4 tablespoons of flour
