Biscuits with tahini and cranberries

You already know that I am a fan of easy and fast foods to prepare, healthy but also tasty.I love recipes that involve mixing all the ingredients in a bowl, possibly in the blender / mixer, putting in the pan and putting in the oven.
And my favorites are the ones without baking, which save a lot of time!
This recipe is somewhere between the 2 things that guide me when I design a new dish.
Let me elaborate!
Ingredients:
- 50 ml milk (I took from Tei Grocery )
- 200 g almond flour (I got from Dried Fruits Supplier )
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp bio baking powder
- 90 ml agave syrup (I took from Lucas Bites )
- 30 g tahini
- 50 g cranberries (I got from Dried Fruits Supplier )
Preparation mode:
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
Mix in a bowl until smooth all the ingredients, except the cranberries.
Finally, when you have obtained a creamy dough, incorporate the cranberries.
Form the balls and put them on the baking sheet in the oven tray.
Put in the oven for 15 minutes, until browned on top.
Let it cool and serve with pleasure!
