Overnight oats with apples and cashews
published by Ioana Serea on 28 February 2022
I am a fan of satu mare dishes, but also tasty, which are made easily and quickly!
But even more so I love those that make themselves, without baking or any effort on my part :))
And this delight is ideal for the whole family!!
Depending on the age of the child, you can remove the sweetener, if it is less than 1 year old, or you can replace it with the pasty banana. apple you can make puree, and the cashews grind it.
Also, depending on the age of the child, you can use as a sweetener: honey, maple syrup, agave syrup.
As a fruit, you can use anything you like or have in the house.
As for the seeds, you can choose between cashews, nuts, almonds (attention raw, and not fried!).
Ingredients:
- 175 ml milk (I took from Tei Grocery )
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds (I took from Solaris Plant )
- 50 g oatmeal (I got from Solaris Plant)
- 1 tablespoon agave syrup (I took from Fonte Naturis )
- apple cubes (I took from La Gospodarie )
- shredded cashews (I took from Solaris Plant)
Preparation mode:
Put the oatmeal, chia seeds, agave syrup and milk in a container. Stir well, cover and put in the cold overnight.
In the morning remove from the fridge and add the apple cubes and the chopped cashew.
Serve with pleasure!
Good appetite and increase in cooking!
With love,
Joan
