A long, long time ago, when I walked into the kitchen, I never would have imagined that I would even make burger buns in the house… It seemed like such a waste of time.. How?!.. When you find them ready fluffy in trade!? …
Well, we're evolving, and that's a good thing. We change our perceptions, our way of thinking, our way of acting…
I was faced with a challenge, to make burgers in the house, and, by implication, also to the challenge of making burger buns in the house.. And I'm grateful for this challenge, otherwise, without it, I wouldn't have made such a preparation anytime soon.I let myself be inspired by Madalina's recipe from Be Vegan, and the success of these buns is guaranteed!
I advise you to use this recipe with confidence when you need to make burger buns in the house!
- 500 g flour (I used from Dries fruit Supplier)
- 1 sachet of dried yeast
- 1/2 teaspoon of stevia (I used from GrecoStevia )
- 350 ml warm water
- 100 ml olive oil (I used from Dry Fruits Supplier)
- milk, white sesame, black sesame, to decorate the buns
