Chicken thighs to cap from "La Provincia"

From the cycle "How to cook the chicken", I'll leave a recipe for pulp in the oven😇

My mother's words, "Good chicken, it's good!", it's already becoming famous, and I can only confirm it and strengthen it! (And here I mean "chicken", as the verb "to put"… because chicken, as an ingredient, we have already established that we do not compromise on quality, and we take the best, from La Provincia 😉 )

I matched with mashed potatoes (recipe here) and assorted moves.

Good appetite and I expect feedback when you try!
Hugs
Ioana

Ingredients

  • chicken legs from 300 g flour from La Provincia
  • Water
  • pan without plastic elements, which can be put in the oven
  • cap without plastic elements, which can be put in the oven

Pre-preration mode

Fill the saucepan half with water, put the lid on it, inversely to how we normally put it, and place the legs in the lid. Optionally, we can give them with salt and pepper (avoid for children under 1 year). We leave them in the oven for 1 hour and 30 minutes, at 200 degrees Celsius, and every half hour we turn them from one side to the other.

You can serve with garnishes (see recipes here ) and pickles, or salads (see recipes here).
