Macaroni with cheese in the oven

A recipe that reminds me of my childhood, because it's very easy to make, and I could do it even as a child, are these macaroni with cheese, which are good both hot and cold.
And the even better part is that you can make them suitable for the little ones, from 6 months, if you use homemade sweet cheese. You can find the recipe here , and for homemade sweet cheese you have two options – recipe 1 here and recipe 2 here.
- 250g pasta (I used macaroni and I got from Dried Fruits Supplier )
- 5 eggs (I took from the Origins )
- 250 g telemea cheese (I took from the Origins )
- water – for boiled pasta
- butter – for wallpapering heat-resistant vessel
Put water in a saucepan on the fire and boil it. When it has reached the boiling point, add the pasta and boil them for 10 minutes.
Meanwhile, in a generous bowl, beat the eggs, and grate the cheese (or grind it with your fingers).
When the pasta has boiled, add them over the eggs and cheese, and stir everything until smooth.
Coat with butter a heat-resistant dish, and put the composition in it.
Put in the oven preheated to 175 degrees Celsius for 40 minutes!
