White bean salad with tuna and avocado

Salads do not need any introduction: they are made easily and quickly, they are tasty and very nutritious!!
And depending on what ingredients you choose to combine, and in what quantities, they can be more delicious than desserts!
This salad with white beans, tuna and avocado, is a real explosion of flavors, and when you look at the ingredients, you can realize how nutritious it is!!
Ingredients for 2 servings:
🥗 125 g valerian
🥗 250 g white beans (I used to preserve from Bonduelle )
🥗 1 small white onion (I took from La Gospodarie )
🥗 160 g whole tuna in its own juice
🥗 1 avocado
🥗 1 lemon (I took from The Linden Grocery )
🥗 olive oil (I took from Dried Fruits Supplier )
🥗 salt and pepper (optional, not recommended for children younger than 1year days)
Wash the valerian and drain it well. Chop the onion finely. Cut the avocado into small pieces. Wash the canned white beans and drain it well.
Assemble all the ingredients in this order: valerian, onion, avocado, beans, tuna.On top squeeze the juice of a lemon, add olive oil, salt and pepper!
Spore to the kitchen and good appetite!
