Because our body, and especially that of children, needs permanent vitamins, and nutrients, I propose something good, good, I promise!!
- 1 1/2 lemon (I took from The Linden Grocery )
- 1 orange
- 2 red oranges
- 1 teaspoon honey (I took from Dried Fruits Supplier )
- 150 ml water
Squeeze the lemon and oranges, add water and honey, stir, and ready the citronade! Load up to keep as much of the fruit pulp as possible, because it is rich in fiber!
🍋 Lemon is rich in acids and vitamin C
🍊 Orange and red orange contain Vitamins (B2, B1, B6, and C) and Minerals: iron, calcium, magnesium, phosphorus, potassium, sodium, zinc
🍯 Honey has a high content of mineral substances, vitamins, enzymes, organic acids (recommended for children over 1 year old, because of the risk of botulism)
💦 As for water, our body contains up to 75% water, so we are what we drink (related to this topic, you can also find an article here)
So, choose to make a healthy juice in the house, and give the body the necessary intake of nutrients! 💓
Enjoy the kitchen and good appetite!
