Guacamole for babies

One of the best known and most beloved creams based on avocado, guacamole is common in many kitchens, and the recipes have small variations.
My recipe is very successful, and it is made very easy, so I highly recommend it!
Ingredients:
- 2 pieces avocado (I took from The Linden Grocery)
- 1 tomato (I took from Tei Grocery )
- 1 small onion (I took from the Garden lu' mamaie )
- 1 clove of garlic
- juice from half a lemon
- optional salt and pepper (to be avoided in children under 1 year)
Preparation mode:
Clean the tomato of peel and seeds and put it to the kitchen robot, until it crumbles finely (do not overdo it, do not make it puree).
Clean the tomato and garlic, cut them and put them in the kitchen robot, until they are finely chopped.
Mash the avocado with a fork, mix with the tomato, onion and garlic, add the lemon juice, and optionally with salt and pepper.
Serve with pleasure!
