Chicken Ostropel from "La Provincia"

Some foods are better than others, but this chicken ostropel clearly belongs to the category of dishes that I would prepare when I had guests at the table, and I would like to spoil them with something good that will remain at their heart.
The recipe is important, but at least as important is to use quality ingredients, so that the final preparation is a suitable one. And when we use chickens from The Province, success is guaranteed.
- Chicken breast from La Provincia
- 500 ml tomato juice
- 5 cloves garlic
- oil (I used from Dries Fruits Supplier)
- 1/2 cup water
Cut the chicken breast into 2-finger-thick strips.
Put oil on the heat so that the chicken is half in oil.
Put the chicken on one side in the oil pan and leave it until golden.
Put it on the other side and proceed as in the previous step.
The chicken will only be brown and fragrant!
Put the chicken in a bowl spread out on the stove.Add the finely chopped garlic.
Add the tomato juice diluted with half a glass of water.
Leave it on the fire, covered, for 10 minutes.
All right, the ostropel is ready!
For an extra taste, and so that the tomato sauce is not acidic, add 1 teaspoon of honey after you have stopped the fire.
