Mascarpone biscuits and blueberries for babies

Soft, tender, aromatic and super tasty, suitable for babies who are diversifying and toddlers with demineralized teeth.
Yes, in our family there is also this topic "on the table". Carina has a few demineralized teeth, the ones in front, and can not (not recommended) bite in them anything crispy, or hard. So everything I try to prepare is soft and not crispy.
I saw this recipe at Camelia Mark and immediately I asked her: "Are they soft or crunchy?"." Moi!"
I saved them, and I did!! 😅🙈
They are very good, and I recommend them to you too🥰💗

Ingredients:

  • 275 g cottage cheese
  • 200 g mascarpone
  • 300 g flour (I took from Dried Fruits Supplier )
  • 100 g blueberries

Preparation mode:

Mix the 2 kinds of cheese with flour until you get a homogeneous dough.
Add the blueberries and incorporate them into the composition.
Transfer everything to a plastic food wrap and form a bar.
Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.
Remove the bar from the fridge, cut it into slices, and put in the oven tray on baking paper.
Put in the oven for 25-30 minutes.

💛preferably eat them fresh. Once put in the refrigerator, they harden.
💛you can also add sweetener (honey, artat syrup, agave syrup) to children over 1 year old
💛if you like blueberries, you can be more generous with the amount of blueberries, up to double (200g)

Enjoy the kitchen and good appetite!
❤️😘
