Cakes are good, right?!..Clearly they are tasty, but they can also be healthy at the same time!
The key to success is the ingredients: "Good chicken, good comes out!"
This coconut flake cake is fluffy and flavorful, and can be served over coffee in the morning or between meals throughout the day!
- 180 g Mix of Gluten-Free Flours for Cakes, Farabella from Fonte Naturis
- 2 vegetable eggs
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 100 g coconut flakes
- 1 tablespoon stevia
- 250 g coconut flakes
- 125 g vegetable butter
Mix in one bowl the wet ingredients, and in another, the dry ones. Afterwards, add the wet mixture over the dry one and mix until smooth.
Put in a cake shape (I used a silicone one), and put in the oven preheated to 180 degrees Celsius for 35 minutes.
