Sour sweet chicken with pineapple

Healthy food is always welcome in our family, and when a dish contains meat, with vegetables, plus a dressing, it is already a guaranteed success!
Chicken with vegetables meets the criteria listed above, and besides being tasty, it is also very nutritious!
- 500 g chicken breast (I took from Bacania Tei )
- 4 tablespoons soy sauce
- 200 g carrots (I took from Products from the Household )
- 200 g mushrooms
- 100 g red bell pepper
- 100 g green bell pepper
- 100 g onions (I took from Products from the Household )
- 300 g pineapple
- 200 g pineapple juice
- 1 pinch of ginger powder
- 1 cinnamon powder
- 1 powder of sweet paprika
- 1 pinch of pepper
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon balsamic vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon stevia (I took from GrecoStevia – pay attention to quantities: 1 tablespoon GrecoStevia = 2 tablespoons sugar)
Cut into strips 500 g of chicken breastand put to marinate in 4 tablespoons soy sauce for about 4 hours.
Cut into long slices 200 g carrots.Cut into large cubes 100 g of red bell pepper, 100 g of green bell pepper and 100 g of onions. Cut into slices 200 g of mushrooms or leave them whole if they are small.
Put the peppers, onions and mushrooms in the steamer, add 300 g of pineapple, 1 powder of ginger powder, 1 pinch of cinnamon and 1 powder of paprika. Stir and put on top of the strips of marinated chicken.Put water in the steamer, place the receptacles with vegetables and chicken on top and cook for 30 minutes at 110 degrees Celsius.
Set aside the meat and vegetables, and keep the water left over from the stewed. Add in it, in a separate bowl 1 pinch of pepper, 200 g of pineapple juice, 1 teaspoon of soy sauce, 1 teaspoon of balsamic vinegar and 1/2 teaspoon of stevia. Put the bowl with water and the rest of the ingredients on the forum and boil for 5 minutes.
Turn as much as you want from the sauce obtained over meat and vegetables. Stir and serve.Good appetite!
