Pasta with salmon and broccoli and sour cream sauce with garlic for babies

Besides being a dish that looks great, the fusion of all the ingredients makes them really delicious!
- 250 g penne gluten free pasta with buckwheat and black rice (I got from Fonte Naturis )
- 250 ml liquid cream
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic
The pasta is boiled in 2.5 l water for 8 minutes.
Salmon and broccoli were steamed and each one added the desired amount to the plate, as desired.
Cream, oil and grated garlic I put in a saucepan over a low heat and bring them to the boil, stirring continuously.
I recommend eating everything warm (otherwise, the pasta hardens and the dressing becomes "hard").
