Vegan pizza from the mix of flours for bread and pizza

Has it ever happened to you not to prepare something in the house, just that the first experience with that preparation was not a successful one?!
I would fit pizza here.But nevertheless, I don't want to leave things like that, so I choose to try to prepare that food until it comes out right!
In pizza, as with many other foods, the key is the ingredients! And when these are the right ones, the result is as good as it gets!
- 250 g Mix of Gluten-Free Flours for Bread and Pizza, Farabella from Fonte Naturis
- 1/2 tsp stevia
- 10 g fresh yeast
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 150 ml water
- tomato juice, vegan mozzarella, mushrooms, red onions, red peppers, nere olives for topping
Put water, stevia, yeast, flour, salt, olive oil in the kitchen robot and stir until smooth.
Grease a bowl with olive oil and let the composition rise for 1 hour, in a warm place, without air currents, until it doubles its volume. (I put everything in the microwave, of course, off!)
Sprinkle flour on the worktop and divide the dough into 2 equal parts. Give the shape of a circle to the 2 pieces of hull.
Grease 2 heat-resistant pots with olive oil and put each dough in a bowl.
Put the tomato juice topping, vegan mozzarella, mushrooms, red onion, red pepper, olives on top and put in the oven preheated to 240 degrees Celsius for 15 minutes.
Serve with pleasure!

If you are using an automatic bread machine, dissolve 10 gr of fresh yeast and a packet of baking powder (gluten-free) in 450 ml of water and introduce the mixture in the mixer. Then add 500 gr of flour mix for bread and pizza -Farabella, a tablespoon of olive oil, a tablespoon of sugar and a little salt.
-If you do not use a bread machine – Dissolve 10 gr of fresh yeast and a packet of baking powder (gluten-free) in 450 ml of water. Slowly add yeast water and baking powder to 500 gr of Flour Mix for bread and pizza -Farabella. Add a tablespoon of sugar and one of olive oil, a little salt and stir until the dough becomes homogeneous. Fill a shape is baked in half and leave it to rise in a warm and humid environment (26 gr C) for an hour. Then bake the leavened dough at a temperature of 200 gr C for an hour.
Dissolve about 10 gr of fresh yeast in 350 ml of water. Slowly add yeast water to 500 gr of bread and pizza flour mix – Farabella. Add a tablespoon of sugar, a little salt and stir until the dough becomes homogeneous. Put the dough in a baking tray and spread it thin until the pan is filled. Leave it to rise in a warm and humid place (26 gr C) for 40 minutes. Add your favorite toppings and bake it at 220 gr C, for the recommended period of time.
