Pretzels with sesame from the mix of flours for pizza and bread

Have you guys known any person who doesn't like pretzels?! … like I don't!! 😀
Those made in house are considerably better than those bought, and the fact that you have control over the ingredients used is a great advantage!
And they are made easy, without headaches, believe me on the word!
- 450 g Mix of Gluten-Free Flours for Bread and Pizza, Farabella from Fonte Naturis
- 300 ml water
- 5 g stevia
- 30 g fresh yeast
- 50 g vegetable butter
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tablespoon baking soda
- white sesame
- flour for the worktop
Put in the kitchen robot water, stevia, yeast, butter, flour, salt and stir until smooth.
Grease a bowl with olive oil and let the composition rise for at least 30 minutes, in a warm place, without air currents, until it doubles its volume. (I put everything in the microwave, of course, off!)
Mix the baking soda with 200 ml of water.
Sprinkle flour on the worktop and divide the dough into 8 equal parts.
Roll each dough separately, thinner at the ends and form pretzels.
Put them in a pan, on baking paper and grease with a brush with water with baking soda. Sprinkle white sesame on top and put in the oven preheated to 190 degrees Celsius, for 20 minutes, until browned.
Serve with pleasure!
